The conference will be held at Yuet Ming Auditorium and Meng Wah Complex on Main Campus, which is directly accessible by Mass Transit Railway (MTR).
The theatre will be used for the opening and closing ceremonies, as well as the keynote presentations. The parallel sessions will take place in the classrooms located around the Theatre.
The foyer outside the Theatre is reserved for conference registration, lunch and tea breaks, as well as poster displays, cultural activities and book exhibitions.
