  • Basic Package (HKD1,800 / person with a minimum of 10 persons / group)
  • Full Package (HKD2,600 / person with a minimum of 6 persons / group)

Post-conference Workshop – HKD300

Note: We do not accept on-site registrations.


Full Conference Registration includes: 

  • Admission to all presentation sessions 
  • A conference bag containing the conference booklet and stationery
  • Morning and afternoon tea
  • Lunch during the conference
  • Conference Welcome Reception
  • Cultural activities at the conference
  • Guided Centre visit (free of charge; sign-up required due to limited spaces)


Conference Dinner

A conference dinner at The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel will be held on 2 June 2017 (Fri). The fee for the dinner is HKD600/person.  Space is limited.


Post-conference Workshops

Four post-conference workshops will be conducted in parallel by the plenary speakers on 3 June 2017 (Sat) 15:00 – 17:30. The fee for attending these post-conference workshops is HKD300 per person. On-site registration is allowed but registration will be closed once the quota (25 people per workshop) is reached. Register for one of the workshops now!


Payment Method

Full payment is required to confirm registration. Payment can be made by online Visa/Master payment system. Please follow the instructions on the page to settle the payment. An electronic notification of receipt of payment will be sent to you upon successful completion of the transaction.

Payment should be made individually by the presenter (including student presenter).

Confirmation of Registration

Please note that a notification of receipt of payment does not guarantee successful registration for the conference. A confirmation email will be sent to you soon after the successful completion of your registration. An official receipt will be given to you on the first day of the conference.  In case of on-site registration, please allow at least one working day to process the official receipt.


Refund Policy

Payment is non-refundable and registration is not transferable to other parties.

  • Every endeavor will be made to follow the arrangements printed in our publicity materials. The conference organisers however reserve the right to alter the arrangements without prior notice under unforeseeable circumstances.
  • The conference organisers are not able to entertain requests concerning assistance for travel visa applications.
  • The conference organisers are not responsible for any loss and/or damage to personal belongings during the conference period.
  • Participants are advised to make arrangements for personal and travel insurance by themselves in advance if needed.
