Francis completed her undergraduate degree in Law at the University of Warwick and subsequently pursued a Master’s degree in Education at the Institute of Education, University College London. She also obtained a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. Before joining CAES, Francis taught English at various post-secondary institutions across Hong Kong. Her research primarily focuses on intercultural communication and sociolinguistics.
