Alison obtained her BA (First Honour) in English at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. During her study, her graduation thesis was awarded with the Exemplary Capstone Project Award. She then acquired her MA (Distinction) in Applied Linguistics at CAES with a distinction in her dissertation.
Before joining the Centre, Alison has taught academic English and English for Specific Purposes in the public sector from post-secondary to postgraduate levels.
