Glenda first completed a joint BA (Hons) in Applied Language Studies majoring in French and Spanish in London and began her career in EFL in Kyoto, Japan. She has since worked in Spain, England, Malaysia and Hong Kong. During her teaching career, she has gained extensive experience in EAP, ESP, blended learning, Young Learners, teacher training as well as course design and material writing for exam preparation courses at various organisations such as the British Council, The Hong Kong Institute of Education and City University of Hong Kong. She is now teaching Core University English and writing to undergraduates from various disciplines at CAES. Her main areas of interest are language assessment, EAP, digital literacies and technology in language learning.
