Glenda has held teaching positions in Japan, Spain, England, Malaysia and Hong Kong. She has specialised in EFL, EAP, teacher training, materials development and the instructional design of digitally enhanced courses.
Glenda joined the Centre for Applied English Studies in 2015 and has taught a variety of English-in-the-Disciplines courses across the Centre. She has also coordinated ED courses for the Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Arts.
Glenda’s main interest is EdTech and its impact on teaching and learning, from digital course design to the AI questions now shaping English for Academic Purposes.
