Alessandro Benati is Director of CAES at HKU. His research on processing instruction has been recently driven by the use of new online measurements (e.g., eye tracking, self-paced reading).

 

James F. Lee is the Jeanne Charnier Qualia Endowed Professor of Applied Linguistics (Spanish affiliated) at Texas Tech University. He is the program director of Applied Linguistics and the director of the second language processing eye-tracking research laboratory. His research using eye-tracking methodology provides insights into the cognitive processes of second language acquisition.

 

Michael J. Leeser is Professor of Spanish and Linguistics at Florida State University. His research focuses on second language comprehension, processing, and instruction. In addition, he has been in charge of training language teachers of 10 different languages, including English as a second language, at Florida State since 2004.
