Conference Sub-themes
We welcome submissions related to all areas of English language education. Proposals should address one of the following broad sub-themes of Innovations in Language Education:-

Types of Presentations
Paper Presentation
20-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&APresent ongoing or completed research findings in a structured format, including introduction, methodology, results, and conclusions. Effective for disseminating new knowledge and encouraging audience engagement during the Q&A session.
Workshop
50-minuteAn interactive, hands-on session focused on teaching skills or techniques. Participants engage in practical exercises or group activities, fostering active learning and collaboration. Multiple presenters can facilitate different segments or provide expert insights.
Colloquium
50-minuteA collaborative session where multiple speakers present on related topics, followed by a group discussion with the audience. This format facilitates in-depth exploration of complex subjects, encourages scholarly dialogue, and incorporates diverse perspectives. Suitable for interdisciplinary themes or comprehensive reviews of a research area.
Demonstration
15-minutePresenters showcase innovative ideas, practical tools, teaching materials, or experimental setups through live demos or examples, providing tangible, actionable insights that participants can adopt or adapt in their own work or teaching practices.
Poster Session
60-minuteVisual presentation of research on posters, with presenters explaining their work, answering questions, and engaging in one-on-one or small group discussions with interested attendees. Ideal for informal interaction, peer feedback, and networking.
Proposals Submission Guidelines
Each presenter can deliver one individual presentation and participate in one joint presentation, colloquium, workshop, demonstration, or poster session. All presenters need to register and deliver their presentations to be included in the programme. Please create an account and submit the title, abstract and summary of your presentation and your brief biography.- Title of presentation: 12 words maximum
- Abstract for presentation: 250 words maximum outlining the aims, main ideas, contributions and relevance to the conference theme.
- Summary of presentation: 50 words maximum
- Presenter biography: 50 words maximum per speaker, including current affiliations and areas of expertise.
Criteria for Acceptance
All proposals will undergo a double-blind review. Selection will be based on their relevance to the conference theme, originality, and overall quality.Important Dates
