Lawrence has taught workplace English courses at Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education(HKIVE)/Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI) in Hong Kong, and EAP courses at University of Leeds and University College London (UCL) in the U.K. His research interests are content and language integrated learning (CLIL), discourse analysis, and Systemic Functional Linguistics.
