‘Bunnies’ and A-Levels
The first 2 abridged newspaper texys - the front page report and the following days editorial - essentially do 3 things; they:

report a set of poorer A-Level grades for the ‘Class of 94’

quote the secretary of the H.K... Examinations Authority (part of the
Ministry of Education are attributing this to a weaker set of students
(the editorial) suggests that the school system - and the teachers - should
share the blame, and not point the finger at the students. The editor asks: If the Class of 94 had been populated with over-achievers, would the Authority have praised the quality of the children - or put it down to good schooling?
