Following a spell of 13 years in the business world, Julian decided to change career to teaching, which he has been doing now for nearly ten years. Julian has worked in Hong Kong, Europe and the UK. In Hong Kong he has mainly taught English for Academic Purposes, and he tries to encourage his students to engage critically and thoughtfully with what they read and in how they write. Julian loves teaching, and has never regretted his career change (well, not yet, anyway).
