For example, he invited the 2 junior engineers to participate in DEF consultancy project and guided them through various steps.
YY generally can respond well under pressure although he did miss deadlines once in a while in the past year. For instance, the soil profile analysis report was submitted two days late.
Overall, YY is reliable, professional and efficient senior engineer who is undoubtedly an asset to our company. It is advised that he work on his technical report writing skills.
