XX has been working at our restaurant outlet for more than six years and has recently been promoted to Captain. XX’s performance consistently meets the standard expected of his rank.
XX is a team player who gets along well with other co-workers. When assigning his team to various service tasks, XX manages to distribute work fairly and listens to requests from co-workers.
XX is also customer-oriented. I have heard more than once that our guests appreciated and complimented his service. He treats his customers with patience and passion. I realize that he constantly engages conversation with customers to solicit their feedback on the food & beverage quality and our service.
In this past year XX made a great improvement in his sick leave and late records compared to previous years’, which is praiseworthy.
Overall, XX is a reliable employee who has performed his role of a captain very well. He holds a conscientious attitude to the tasks delegated. His hard work and professional work ethics have been recognized recently with a promotion. XX is advised to further his wine knowledge and be more confident when handling customers’ enquiries. He should also attend some management courses as he is expected to take on more managerial roles and responsibilities in the years to come.
